These Habits makes you healthy whole day during summer

😄Laughing Factor

       Laughing is the best way to cure your stress . Laughing is the best medicine to make the blood  circulation proper . Laughing also stretches our mouth muscle which give us proper face cut .  

Drinking water

Water plays important role in removing toxic from every body parts . Scientific research proved that water keeps our mind cool and protect our body from many disease . we should drink 3- 4  litre of water everyday.we should start our day by drinking 1 litre of water

Proteinous diet is very important to run our body whole day . Sleep is the major factor which relax our mind and make our body stress free . an adult human needs 8-9 hour of sleep through which he can make himself fit.

Daily bath or shower

Daily bathing removes all sweat and toxic material from the surface of our skin. It also make us feel  cool when we get lots of stress.
